-
Zach Ulibarri, University of Colorado Boulder
Zach is a graduate student in the Physics department at the University of Colorado, Boulder working on accelerator studies and ion gun experiments.
-
Marcus Piquette, University of Colorado Boulder
Marcus is a fourth-year graduate student in the Astrophysical and Planetary Sciences department at the University of Colorado, Boulder. He works with Mihály Horányi on data analysis from the Student Dust Counter aboard the New Horizons spacecraft to Pluto.
-
Katherine Shirley, SUNY Stony Brook
Katherine Shirley is a fourth-year graduate student at Stony Brook University studying lunar spectroscopy with Timothy D. Glotch. Her focus is on the effects of the lunar environment on mid-infrared spectroscopy and the role that particle size and albedo variation due to space weathering play in altering spectral features.
-
Alessondra Springmann, University of Arizona
Alessondra Springmann is a third-year graduate student in the Lunar & Planetary Laboratory at the University of Arizona studying asteroids, comets, and meteorites with Dante S. Lauretta and Walter M. Harris. She spent two years working on the thermal properties of primitive meteorites and their relevance to preserving samples returned from asteroids, and currently observes three Jupiter-family comets passing close by Earth, the last time comets will be this well positioned for observing until 2038.
