-
Sean Gopalakrishnan
Sean Gopalakrishnan is a graduate student in Physics working with Xu Wang on dust charging within plasmas and with industry collaborators in mitigating dust mobility. Sean and Xu Wang also work with Hsiang-Wen Hsu on investigating secondary electron emission from solar wind ions and energetic neutral particles.
-
Rebecca Mikula (she/her)
University of Colorado
Becca is a graduate student at the University of Colorado Boulder in the Aerospace Engineering department. Her work focuses on the calibration and analysis of impact ionization mass spectrometer data for organic and inorganic compounds.
-
Alexander Doner (he/him)
University of Colorado
Alex is a graduate student in the Department of Physics working with Mihály Horányi on the Student Dust Counter (SDC) instrument aboard the New Horizons mission.
-
Lorraine Rosello Del Valle (she/her)
University of Central Florida
Lorraine is a Planetary Science PhD student at the University of Central Florida. Her research interests include space weathering processes on carbonaceous and icy bodies.
-
Austin Smith (he/him)
University of Colorado
Austin is a graduate student studying aerospace engineering at CU Boulder with an emphasis in remote sensing, earth, and space sciences. Austin is working under Dr. Zoltan Sternovsky on characterizing the dust impact waveforms from the STEREO spacecraft missions.
-
Annalise (Anna) Cabra (she/her)
University of Colorado
Anna is a graduate student in Aerospace Engineering (Bioastronautics), co-advised by Dr. Xu Wang and Dr. James Nabity. Her research focuses on experimental planetary dust charging dynamics, lunar dust mitigation, and in-situ resource utilization (ISRU) to help address challenges of the lunar environment and advance human space exploration.
