About LunGradCon

The eighth annual Lunar and Small Bodies Graduate Conference (LunGradCon 2017) will be held at NASA Ames on July 17th, 2017 one day before the NASA Exploration Science Forum.

With the expanded interests of the Solar System Exploration Research Virtual Institute (SSERVI), the scope of this year's LunGradCon includes both lunar and small body science. LunGradCon provides an opportunity for grad students and early-career postdocs to present their research on lunar and small body science in a low-stress, friendly environment, being critiqued only by their peers. In addition to oral presentations, the conference presents opportunities for professional development and networking with fellow grad students and postdocs, as well as senior members of SSERVI.

Abstracts

Abstracts are being accepted electronically for talks at LunGradCon 2017. All presentations will be oral, 15 minutes in length. Abstract deadline is Friday, June 2nd.

The 2nd annual LunGradCon 2011 was held on Sunday, July 17, 2011 at the NASA Ames Research Center.

The 3rd annual LunGradCon 2012 was held on Sunday, July 15, 2012 at the NASA Ames Research Center.

The 4th annual LunGradCon 2013 was held on Wednesday, July 10, 2013 virtually.

The 5th annual LunGradCon 2014 was held on Sunday, July 20, 2014 at the NASA Ames Research Center.

The 6th annual LunGradCon 2015 was held on Sunday, July 20, 2015 at the NASA Ames Research Center.

The 7th annual LunGradCon 2016 was held on Sunday, July 19, 2016 at the NASA Ames Research Center.
